- Results including blood tests, X-rays and previous scopes
- Medicare or DVA card, Pension card and Health fund card if applicable
- Registration sheet – should be completed and forwarded prior to your consultation

You will receive a text reminding you of your consultation appointment two business days prior requesting you confirm with a Y for yes. Alternatively, if you cannot make your appointment 24 hours notice of cancellation is appreciated.
Do you have a referral from your GP? You may not need an appointment before your gastroscopy or colonoscopy.
